From experience, she knows summer bodies are made in the winter. With below-freezing temperatures in her Minnesota hometown, “there’s just not a ton to do,” the season 14 lead (in WET swimwear and Logan Hollowell Jewelry) tells Us. “That’s when I like to get into the gym.” Though the 5-foot-7 publicist didn’t feel pressure to shape up before filming, she did hire trainer Kris Keding to switch up her routine of hot yoga and barre classes. “He got me into lifting because I had no idea what I was doing,” Kufrin, 28, says. “I learned the proper technique before the show.” Not that she could put it to use. Between dates and rose ceremonies, “if I found 20 minutes,” she jokes, “I’d nap.” But now, as her journey is coming to an end, the engaged star is ready to get her groove back. Adds Kufrin, “I already texted my trainer, saying, ‘We need to get it right, get it tight!’”
